YOUR STORY. YOUR PRIVACY.
Privacy, in plain language.
Self-reflection is personal. Here’s how we handle your information, what stays private, and the choices you have.
Privacy policy · Last updated September 14, 2026
The short version
This coming-soon website has no account registration, advertising trackers, or email signup form. The interactive preview uses sample content and sends no deed or confession to a server. The app information below explains Fumbld’s current design ahead of launch; we will update this notice as launch details are finalized.
01. Who we are
Fumbld, formerly known as Ticket to Heaven, is a self-reflection app provided by Craft Digital. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Craft Digital. This notice covers this website and describes information handling in the upcoming Fumbld app.
For privacy questions or requests, contact business@craftdigital.co.in.
02. This website
You can browse this website without creating an account or providing a name or email address. We have not added advertising tools, third-party analytics, or nonessential cookies. The preview buttons only change sample content in your browser; they do not save or submit your choices.
When you visit, the hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error information to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any details you choose to include so we can respond.
03. Information in the app
When the app is available and you choose to use its features, it is designed to handle:
- Account and profile information: email address, authentication details, display name, username, language, time zone, and privacy preferences. Optional password sign-in stores a password hash rather than a readable password.
- Content you provide: onboarding answers, deeds, appeals, redemption notes, confessions, and any Court or social content you choose to submit. Free-text entries may contain personal or sensitive information if you include it.
- Your progress: Heaven Score, judgments, Passport, missions, streaks, achievements, and reflection reports.
- Social activity: friend requests, friendships, invitations, duels, votes, blocks, and reports when you use these features.
- Service and security information: session identifiers, device or browser information, authentication events, and limited technical records needed to operate the service.
Please avoid including other people’s identifying details or information you do not want processed in your entries.
04. How information is used
We use information to provide sign-in, save your entries, generate reflections and missions, update your progress, apply your privacy settings, and enable the social features you choose. We also use relevant information to respond to support requests, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect accounts.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, providing requested features supports our service relationship with you; service security and responding to inquiries support legitimate interests; optional processing may rely on your consent; and some processing may be necessary to meet legal obligations. The basis depends on the information and feature involved.
Heaven Scores and AI verdicts are playful reflection features. They are not assessments of your worth or decisions about eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, or other real-world services.
05. AI and service providers
Fumbld’s current backend uses OpenAI to generate AI-powered judgments, reflections, and related content. When you request an AI feature, relevant input and context are sent to that provider. This includes confession text when you request a confession reflection. Keeping a confession private from other users does not mean it stays only on your device.
The integration requests that AI responses are not stored as retrievable response objects. This is not a promise of zero provider retention; provider processing and security retention depend on the applicable service terms and configuration.
Hosting, database, authentication, and email providers may process the information needed to perform their roles. Using Google sign-in also involves Google processing authentication information under its own policies. Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer protections and the final hosting arrangements will be reflected in this notice as the service launches.
07. Storage and retention
The app uses device storage for session information, preferences, and some drafts or cached records. The backend stores account and feature records. Confession text and AI reflections are encrypted at rest on the server, and access is controlled. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We retain information as needed to provide the features you use, keep accounts secure, resolve support issues, and meet applicable legal requirements. Exact retention schedules, backup expiry, and provider-specific retention periods are being finalized for launch.
Account deletion: the current account-deletion flow disables the account and revokes sessions. It does not immediately erase all stored records. For an erasure request, email business@craftdigital.co.in. We will assess your request, verify account ownership where necessary, and explain any information that must be retained.
08. Your choices and rights
You can choose what you submit, use available profile and sharing controls, manage friendships, and revoke sessions. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, restrict processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Send requests to business@craftdigital.co.in. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, but do not email your password or private confession text. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority where that right applies.
09. Children’s privacy
This coming-soon website does not request children’s personal information. App age eligibility and any required age-related safeguards will be specified before public registration opens. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact business@craftdigital.co.in so we can investigate and address it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as Fumbld develops or our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes affecting app users will be communicated through an appropriate channel when the app is available.
